Whether you’re choosing to shop online from your home in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Tsawwassen, Richmond, Maple Ridge, Surrey, Chilliwack or elsewhere in the Lower Mainland, or are opting to visit us in-store in our Abbotsford or Langley showrooms – we will provide drop-off Curbside delivery of your purchases anywhere within the Lower Mainland & Greater Vancouver regions! (*Rates vary depending on your area. Check the shipping calculator located on the ‘shopping cart’ page of your purchase).

No Contact Furniture Delivery Throughout the Lower Mainland

Whether you’re concerned for your health and wish to minimize those who enter your home, or you simply want to manage your space as you see fit - we can provide you with no contact delivery options by simply leaving your packaged items at the front of your home or townhome, or within the lobby of your apartment. We’ll be in contact with you to arrange a delivery day and time, ensuring that someone can retrieve the furniture item(s) and safely get them into your home.

Simple Furniture Delivery Scheduling

Scheduling your drop-off delivery across the Lower Mainland should be simple – and Jag’s Furniture & Mattress is here to ensure that is the case. We offer our customers an online option at checkout for delivery. Alternatively, if you have purchased your furniture item at our Abbotsford furniture store or Langley furniture location, we will also provide you with shipping options across the Lower Mainland.

If you have any changes you need to make to your delivery status, please contact us 72-hours previous to delivery and we will work with you to organize another day and time that facilitates your needs.

Preparing for Your Furniture Delivery

Preparing for your furniture delivery in areas such as Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Chilliwack, Langley, Surrey, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Aldergrove, White Rock or Abbotsford involves a few steps on your end for your satisfaction, which include:

  1. Taking measurements for where your furniture is to be placed, guaranteeing the furniture items you purchase will fit accordingly.
  2. Ensuring the name on the delivery order matches the government ID of the person receiving the order or notifying us as to who will be allowed to receive your order.
  3. Being prepared for a variable delivery time to accommodate all deliveries being made.
  4. Taking measurements of entranceways where deliveries will have to fit accordingly. Please note that unwrapped furniture items being returned, due to not being able to fit into your space, will include a restocking fee.
  5. Clearing your driveway, walkways, stairways and other paths required to get your furniture into your home, are cleared for delivery.

Finalizing Your Furniture Delivery Order

At Jag’s Furniture & Mattress, it’s important to us that you are as thrilled with your online furniture purchase or in-store selection once you have had it delivered to your home. As such, we request that you please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure that it has been delivered incident free, clear of any visible signs of package or product damage, missing parts or other concerns, before signing off on the delivery.

Damage or missing items must be disclosed to us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery by contacting us directly, as well as documenting damage via photos and a detailed description.
